Individual Giving Manager for Te Omanga Hospice.

Te Omanga Hospice is a charitable trust that provides specialist palliative care to patients and their whānau in the Hutt Valley living with a life-limiting or terminal illness. The role: 

The Individual Giving Manager is a new role, pivotal for revenue growth at Te Omanga Hospice. Reporting to the Fundraising and Communications Manager, this is a hands-on role to develop and grow the multi-channel individual giving programme comprising of direct mail, e-DM, Day of Care and regular giving programmes, focusing on acquisition and retention. 

You will need the following: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and proven success in individual giving programmes and donor stewardship

  • Experience with data-led fundraising, selection and analysis of data 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate Te Omanga Hospice’s mission and impact

This is a part-time role (24hrs) with flexibility, based in Lower Hutt. The salary is circa $85k depending on experience.
